NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 11th day of July A.D., 2016 in the cause wherein Property and Casualty Insurance Company of Hartford a/s/o Nora Chin and Randall Landrum, was plaintiff(s), and Lisa Elaine Tanner was defendant(s), being Case No. 2016-003014-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Lisa Elaine Tanner, in and to the following described property to wit:
