NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated October 10, 2016, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit No. 44, Building B-53, On Top of the World Unit Forty-Nine, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT FORTY-NINE, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O. R. Book 4798, Pages 712 - 739, and any amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Page 123, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2416 World Parkway Boulevard, #44, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 28th day of November, 2016 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
