NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-008879-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY STRUCTURED TRUST I 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-1, is Plaintiff and JOAN JOSEPH; JULIE L. JOSEPH; CERTIFIED FINANCE, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of NOVEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK 4, OF FIRST ADDITION TO CROSS BAYOU PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, AT PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
