NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-005594-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the Deutsche Alt-A Securities, Inc. Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-OA4 is the Plaintiff and Richard Bialor; Unknown Spouse of Richard Bialor; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17-A AND 17-B, HARBOR PALMS-UNIT FOUR A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
