NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 09-012072-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-H is the Plaintiff and Dana L. Heston; Donald C. Heston; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; The Grande Verandahs on the Bay Owners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 361, (PHASE III), OF THE GRANDE VERANDAHS ON THE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 132, PAGES 63 TO 74 INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 134, PAGE 94 AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 137, PAGE 42; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13649, PAGE 1918, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
