NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CC-000691 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Third Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 1316, Building 13, Terrace II at Cedar Hammock, A condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 2825, Page 839, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
