NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CC-000693 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Third Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3517, BUILDING 35, OF TERRACE V AT CEDAR HAMMOCK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3246, PAGE 1547, AMENDED BY AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3331, PAGE 56 ADDING BUILDING 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
