NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 19, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-000573, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and DESIREE PARKER; CITY OF MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 am in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on 22 day of September, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

AND ALSO DEED BOOK 2341 PAGE 3040: ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE I N COLLIER COUNTY , FLORIDA, VIZ : LOT 17, BLOCK 145, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT FIVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF , RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39- 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA .
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
