NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-716 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 1901, LESINA AT HAMMOCK BAY, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4194, Page 1626 and any subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
