NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000627, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-14AR (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE WILLIAM J. YOUNG TRUST AGREEMENT OF APRIL 2008; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE WILLIAM J. YOUNG TRUST AGREEMENT OF APRIL 2008; LELY ISLAND ESTATES NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES; RANDALL K. YOUNG; RANDALL K. YOUNG, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM J. YOUNG, are defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, OF LELY ISLAND ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 26-31, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
