IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on September 22, 2016, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 5 of an unrecorded subdivision of Tract 4, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, according to the map or plat or thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 73, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, more particularly described as commencing at the SW corner of Tract 4, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 73, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, run North along the Wcst line of said Tract 4, 390.05 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 90.01 feet to a point; thence East 188.13 feet to a point; thence South parallel to the West line of said Tract 4, 90 feet; thence West 189.64 feet to the Point of Beginning.
