Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 15, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
