Sotomayor, Florida Pines Homeowners Association, Inc., Sara V. Sotomayor, Unknown Tenant(s) In Possession Of The Property, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 23rd of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
