Kautz, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 27th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
