NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of June 2016 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-004616-WS -, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ESTHER J. WILLIAMS A/K/A ESTHER JOY WILLIAMS A/K/A ESTER JOY BROWN; IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM ONE, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTHER J. WILLIAMS A/K/A ESTHER JOY WILLIAMS A/K/A ESTER JOY BROWN N/K/A MICHAEL BROWN; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of October 2016 at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 13, IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 488, PAGE(S) 305, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
