NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 06, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-011180-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORP., CSFB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11, is Plaintiff, and YOLANDA B. ROMANO A/K/A YOLANDA ROMANO A/K/A YOLANDA AVACA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 1, Eastbrook Subdivision Unit 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book W, Page 118 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
