NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23RD day of August, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15000149CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAIME CHIANG A/K/A JAIME S. CHANG; and YUNG YING CHENG A/K/A YUNG YIN CHENG are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 22ND day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 2952, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 59, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 73A THROUGH 73F, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
