NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated August 23, 2016, and entered in Civil Action Case No.: 14-CA-432 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11AM on the 22ND day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
