NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2016-CA-000115 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff Lillian Myhro; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
