NOTICE is hereby given that, Barbara T. Scott, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on 24th day of October, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 2830, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section Forty-Five, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page(s) 56A through 56E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
