NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA001588 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Sparta GP Holding REO Corp. is the Plaintiff and Alfreda Roundtree A/K/A Alfreda L Roundtree; Lucille Hamilton; The Unknown Spouse of Alfreda Roundtree A/K/A Alfreda L. Roundtree; The Unknown Spouse of Lucille Hamilton; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the herein named individual defendant(s) who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3 ; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 18, OF THE SUBDIVISION OF RUBONIA, ACCORDING TO PLAT OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST 95 FEET TO THE ORDINARY HIGH WATER LINE OF A BAYOU; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SAID HIGH WATER LINE OF SAID BAYOU 97.5 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF A 12 FOOT ALLEY; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAID 12 FOOT ALLEY 122.0 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE SOUTH 94 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
