NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CC-4606 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SOUTHLAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DERRICK L. WILBURN and USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 4 day of October, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 23, Southland Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1012, pages 685 thru 715, inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 1019, page 875, O.R. Book 1023, page 2974, O.R. Book 1025, Page 3167, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, Page 158, and Condominium Book 13, Page 27, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A/K/A: 1111 68th Avenue Drive W, Unit 23, Bradenton, FL 34207
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
