NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19 day of August, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15CA051009, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and LAN N. LE; GLADIOLUS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION S/B/M TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N..A.; UNKNOWN TENANT # l N/K/A CHRISTINE MILLER; and UNKNOWN TENANT#2 N/K/A MICHAEL MILLER are defendants.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 19 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
