NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002548 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2005-8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-8, Plaintiff and Kathleen A. Stapp a/k/a Kathleen Stapp are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 23, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 25 AND 26, BLOCK 4413, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 THROUGH 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
