NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-CA-051201 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4, Plaintiff, and THOMAS DOLAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS DOLAN;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 19th day of December, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 30, UNIT 5 SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
