NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051949, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MARISA L. JONES A/K/A MARISA JONES; ALLEN L. JONES, II A/K/A ALLEN JONES, II, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 29 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 49 AND 50, BLOCK 869, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 117-148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
