Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 30 day of August, 2016, and entered in case No. 16-CC-002101 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUMMERLIN TRACE CONDOMINIUM NO. 9 ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH M. MARTIN and CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) NA F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of September, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 102, Building 109, SUMMERLIN TRACE CONDOMINIUM NO. 9, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 2426, Page 1017, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida along with exclusive use of Covered Parking Space No. 102, Building 109, as the same is designated in the Plot Plan and Survey of the Condominium as a limited common element appurtenant to the above-described property
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
