NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale in favor of Defendant, Westchase Community Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 24th day of August, 2016, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 29, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 2, Westchase Section “325A”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 77 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 9908 New Parke Road, Tampa, FLorida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
