NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 August, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-002156 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial, is the Plaintiff and Lisa J. Kohler aka Lisa Kite, Thomas A. Kohler, Unknown Party #1 n/ka Jane Doe, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Jane Doe, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 27th of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 229.05 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 315 FEET AND THEREOF, LESS THE SOUTH 185.00 FEET THREREOF AND LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR LITTLE ROAD.
