NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of June 2016 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-001207, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN E. GARLITS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; LEE A. GARLITS A/K/A LEEANN GARLITS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEE A. GARLITS AKA LEEANN GARLITS N/K/A KEVIN JESEERPSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN E. GARLITS N/K/A JANE DOE; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of October 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 11, TOWN N COUNTRY PARK SECTION 9, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
