NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-001167-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and BENJAMIN CUMMINGS, JR., ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, PINEBROOK ESTATES NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 68 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 12920 GORDA CIRCLE SOUTH, LARGO, FL 33773
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
