NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015 2896 Cl, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LUIS COSTA; MARIA COSTA; MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on November 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 15, BOOT RANCH - EAGLE RIDGE - PHASE A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 26 AND 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
