No. 109, Building 96, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT 91, A CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 9588, Pages 536 through 582, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 118, Pages 53 through 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
