TRUST 2004-HE6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-HE6 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARILYN NADEAU, DECEASED; RAYMOND ROBERT NADEAU; DAVID PAUL NADEAU; MICHAEL A. NADEAU; SAINT ANDREWS COVE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s).
