TO: ALL INTERESTED BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida in the office of the Director of Purchasing, County Annex Office Building, 400 South Fort Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida, until October 11, 2016 @ 3:00 P.M. and will then and there be opened and read aloud for the following:

Services, Labor, Materials and Equipment Required for Construction of:
SURFACE WATER WORK ORDER CONTRACT
BID NO. 156-0274-CP (DF)

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

The annual engineering estimate for this project is $2,000,000.00

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on September 16, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. at 400 S. Ft Harrison Avenue Clearwater, Florida 33756 in the 5th Floor Conference Room 516.

This Invitation to Bid requires a Two-step process. Interested vendors must first complete Step One: Qualification Submittal Forms, found in Section E, pages 50-53, provide applicable certifications, licensing and information requested in Section E, page 54 and completed information form on page 55, and submit all attachments in a sealed envelope by September 27, 2016 by 3:00 P.M. to the Purchasing Department, 400 S. Fort Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida 33756. Qualified vendors will be notified via addendum. Step Two is submittal of the sealed bid package, due by October 11, 2016 by 3:00 P.M.

Plans, specifications and bid forms will be available on compact disk at no charge and may be obtained from Pinellas County Purchasing Department, 400 S. Ft Harrison Avenue, 6th Floor, Clearwater, Florida 33756. Contact David Fechter, Procurement Analyst at [email protected] for mail requests.
