NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31st, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-002328-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Ditech Financial LLC fka Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jessica Dekle, Mark Dekle, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
