NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 July, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-005986 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Donald Pabros, Ronald L. Rolland Aka Ronald Rolland, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 29th of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 16, BLOCK B, OAKHURST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG BY THAT CERTAIN QUIT CLAIM DEED IN DEED BOOK 492, PAGE 453, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
