NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16001057CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Deep Creek Gardens Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT G-101, PHASE 6, DEEP CREEK GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK, 879, PAGE 1241, AT SEQ., AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 44A THROUGH 44M, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERTO.
