LOT(S) 9, BLOCK 782 OF PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 23 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 2A-2Z41, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2089 NUREMBERG BLVD, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes , on September 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
