NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2016-CA-000695 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Nancy S. Porterfield, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
