RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed August 26, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2014CA006279AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and PETER G. ALEXANDER, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
UNIT 409-D, BUILDING “C”, BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGES 69 THROUGH 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
