NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2016, and entered in case No. 2016 CA 001424 AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE RELIEF SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and DELORES A. STANCIL; EARL R. STANCIL, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EARL R. STANCIL, JR. N/K/A CATHERINE STANCIL; and CITY OF PALMETTO are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 21, 2016, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK E, EAST PALMETTO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 161 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF THE S 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY LYING NORTH AND ADJACENT TO SAID LOT, PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 98-25 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1568, PAGE 2388, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
