NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment Foreclosure, dated August 19, 2016, and Orders entered in Uniform Case No.: 2013-CC-3076 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HARBOR PINES OF MANATEE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and GIUSEPPE MARTI and TANYA DAWN WILLIAMS, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 5th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Unit 9, RED CEDAR BUILDING OF HARBOR PINES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1439, Page 4215, as amended, and as per Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 17, Pages 130 through 132, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
