NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 12, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-004814of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein SUBURBAN MORTGAGE COMPANY OF NEW MEXICO D/B/A INTERCAP LENDING, A CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and , GREGORY L. ROBINSON, a Married Man; MELISA ROBINSON, his wife; DEBORAH J. GREEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH J. GREEN; COPPERSTONE MASTER ASSOCATION, INC., a Florida Not for Profit; and ALL UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS OR INHABITANTS OF 11331 78th STREET EAST, PARRISH, FL 34219 are the Defendants that the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, c/o Manatee County Courthouse, 1115 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash conducted via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on September 28, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
