NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 30, 2016 in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA-001159-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DANIELA F. SUAREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIELA F. SUAREZ; COVENANT PROPERTY INVESTMENTS 1, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A RODNEY FRANCIS DAKY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JAIME MELGAR; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples , FL 34112 on September 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 75, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 194, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
