NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 1201002CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR CARLSBAD FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ANDREW TREICHLER; ALAN PIMENTAL are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash Live Sale - in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on 29th day of September, 2016 on, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 100, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 75 & 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
