Unit W-202, The North Groves, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2048, at Pages 1914 through 2009, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto, together with all appurtenances to the Unit including the undivided share of common elements and limited common elements reserved for each unit therein.
