The Settlor, Beverly J. Lawton, (date of birth November 8, 1932), who lived at 13343 Germany Rd., Fenton, MI 48430 and/or 583 93rd Ave. N., Naples, FL 34108-2436 died on June 16, 2016. There is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Munro C. Lawton and Beverly J. Lawton Trust dated August 14. 2002, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to James M. Lawton, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
