NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 1103652CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage Inc. SBM ABN AMRO Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Ana Margarita Alayon a/k/a Ana M. Alayon; Jose R. Casanola; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the September 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 123, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 82, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
