NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2015, and entered in 2013-CA-001428 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and DONNA SCARPA; DONNA SCARPA, AS TRUSTEE OF THE DONNA SCARPA FAMILY TRUST, DATED 08/30/2007; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DONNA SCARPA FAMILY TRUST, DATED 08/30/2007; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT SCARFA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 58, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 88, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 58, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 88, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
